Main victims are wom-en, young people, immigrants, especially those labour forces residing in the South. Policies implemented by the government provide partial and sometimes contradic-tory answers. But what is necessary primarily in the South, in addition to the social and labour policies, is the stronger and structural activation of policies for creating demand and not only for increasing labour supply. |
