| dc.description.abstract | Arnese’s book could be appreciated for its very interesting containts stimulating reader’s reflection. The author investigates the subject of the 'usurae' from a new perspective, considering the many ways trough which, since ancient times, in the Roman Law it has been fought the phenomenon of over indebtedness, that ruined so the creditors as the obligants, and was considered dangerous for the economic system in general.
