dc.description.abstractThe following considerations are inspired by a recent and authoritative judicial intervention relating to the exercise of the power of review by a public authority as part of a contract. The case brought before the Judges concerned the exercise of the power to revoke times the runtime and management of the contract, which define the discipline in which subsume any act of self-defense taken in constant negotiation relationship, even to delimit the assumptions and conditions. In recalling the address hermeneutic made in the above decision, we will attempt to define, in a systematic perspective, the scope of the power under examination, with particular regard to public procedures and individual acts in which they are articulated; so also due to the fact that, in addition to the assumptions outlined by the Plenary, might be included into the following train other situations which are not expresslyit_IT
