L’autorizzazione unica ambientale, tra esigenze di semplificazione e profili di criticità

Abstract

This paper examines the institution of the Autorizzazione Unica Ambientale introduced into italian legal system by the national Legislator, on the impetus of the European Legislator, in order to simplify the bureaucratic burden imposed on small and medium enterprises in the matter of environmental permits. It was preferred an analytical-descriptive cut to show the true simplifying extent of the AUA and the related multiple problems found especially about the procedurals.
