Il principio di solidarietà alla luce della Riforma del Terzo settore

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide some insights on the significance of the principle of solidarity, the beating heart of voluntary action. We focus on the recent reform of the third sector in order to see- if and in what way- it has been exploited for the purpose of a greater approach towards market policies. Since this topic has been already investigated, we will not dwell on the multiple significance of the third sector nor a detailed comment will be made on the individual regulatory provisions and their meanings. While briefly introduc-ing some points addressed by the reform, the analysis of other topics will be omitted, those addressed by the enabling act and the Code, including the one concerning the changes in the legislation on civil service and the introduction of the "universal civil service". A final clarification is that this work will be a merely introductory investigation on the subject.
