The ongoing construction of the EU cybersecurity legal framework is at the origin of a certain degree of fragmentation. Therefore, consistency between various cybersecurity policies is crucial in the perspective of the EU area of freedom, security and justice. In this context, the practice of coordination between TFEU and CFSP policies is a good example of effective EU action in terms of complementarity between different initiatives. This model seems applicable to cybersecurity policies at the current stage of development of the EU integration process and seems crucial in the further affirmation of the EU as a global actor.it_IT
