Abstract:

Subject of the present work is the legitimate interest, as subjective legal condition, of which the owner is the pharmaceutical entrepreneur; this condition links with the discretionary power of the Public Administration, acquiring, each time, different aspects. The judge of government regulation wraps up it and through his decisions, he continues to explain (with the examination of the cases in point) the applications of the in force pharmaceutical regulation.
