Abstract: The object of this report is the Codice Italia, a magnificent diplomatic collection of juridical documents of pre-unitarian Italian States, with particularly reference to the Kingdom of the two Sicilies and the Kingdom of Naples. The essential documentation relative the international code from 734 to 1735 A.D. is included of elencus diplomatum, bibliography and sitography. It is in M.
