Le unioni omosessuali: quali diritti per le persone same sex?

Abstract

The essay deals with the issue of legal protection of homosexuals looking at decisions taken by different legal system. Although under European law there are lots of rules it is not possible to discuss a standardization of rules and principles across Europe. In fact, it is interesting to compare two legal system, in particular the Italian and Spanish legal system which adopt a different protection regime for homosexuals. Worthy of attention is the prevailing interest of the minor, who assumes a central role in the dynamics of homosexual relationships.
