Abstract

Il saggio - partendo dall'analisi di una caso esaminato dal Comitato Nazionale di bioetica, sotto la Presidenza del Prof. Francesco Paolo Casavola, relativo a un errore verificatosi in un ospedale, a seguito del quale due embrioni furono inseriti nell'utero di una donna diversa da quella genetica - si interroga, alla luce della giurisprudenza rabbinica, nonché del pensiero di Paolo di Tarso, sulla possibilità di tracciare un'analogia tra le regole del mondo animale e di quello vegetale.

This essay commences by analysing a case examined by the National Bioethics Committee, under the Presidency of Prof. Francesco Paolo Casavola, relating to an error in a hospital, as a result of which two embryos were inserted into the uterus of a woman other than their natural mother. The latter asks, in the light of the rabbinical jurisprudence, as well as of the thought of Paul of Tarsus, about the possibility of following an analogy between the rules of the animal and the vegetable worlds.
