Contributi e prospettive della formazione manageriale in Sanità

Abstract

Il progetto di ricerca esplora il tema della formazione manageriale in sanità nel contesto regionale Campano facendo riferimento al suo ruolo strategico in un’ottica di cambiamento e innovazione gestionale per garantire il miglioramento delle performance in sanità. In Regione Campania, il PRS traccia gli obiettivi formativi del sistema sanitario e definisce la formazione manageriale estremamente importante per il raggiungimento del cambiamento organizzativo auspicato. The research project explores the theme of management education in healthcare in the regional context Campano referring to its strategic role in a perspective of change and management innovation to ensure performance improvement in health care. In the Campania Region, the PRS track the educational goals of the health system and defines the extremely important management training to achieve the desired organizational change.
