Abstract
The reflection arisen from the need for an educational concreteness and for a research on how to
make the tools at our disposal more usable for our students as future workers, has stimulated further
considerations leading to a need analysis, where the contribution of linguistic and intercultural mediation
may be the key to what seems to be a structurally impoverishing vision.
