I "Percorsi dell'anima": la "Persona in ecclesia" e la libertà di religione
Abstract
The “detachment, simply hidden or submerged, of many faithful from subjection to the
teachings of the ecclesiastical hierarchy” and the Post-Synodal Apostolic Exhortation
Amoris Laetitia lead to linger on the divine truths of faith, posed by the Magisterium of the
Church, and on the “person in Ecclesia”, in order to free bioethics from some
misunderstandings and affirm “religious freedom” as a “fundamental option”. In this way,
the infallibility of the Magisterium, if it subtracts the Word of God from human fallibility,
does not yield to religious freedom its juridical-pastoral dimension and does not assume the
intolerance of the “syntagma: consent or repression”
