Abstract

Il lavoro analizza le fonti romane da cui è possibile evincere un istituto assimilabile al legato di contratto, ricostruendone il regime giuridico e la funzione sociale nell’esperienza giuridica romana.

The work analyzes the Roman sources from which it is possible to deduce an institution similar to the legacy of contract, reconstructing its legal regime and social function in the Roman legal experience.
