«Tecnologia del potere» e carcere: qualcosa di nuovo, ma di antico

Abstract

Il presente contributo, muovendo dal rapporto tra potere e tecnologia, problematizza i rischi legati all’ingresso di sistemi di intelligenza artificiale in carcere, anche alla luce di recenti esperienze internazionali, nel delicato intreccio tra istanze securitarie e tutela dei diritti dei detenuti.

This paper, starting from the relationship between power and technology, questions the risks associated with the entry of artificial intelligence systems into prison, also in light of recent international experiences, in the delicate intertwining of security concerns and the protection of prisoners' rights.
