Abstract: The research article intends to analyze, through a qualitative methodology, the
process of Venezuelan political polarization that marks the daily appearance
of political culture in recent years revealing the limitations of their exercise are
generated to develop the democratic goals of the country and the landscape of
complexities involves not overcome confrontational model in the process of consolidation of agreements from the roussoneana vision. As will be highlighted in
the conclusions, in which an explicit proposal for the exit of the political crisis is
presented, intercultural dialogue is proposed as the most suitable for cement and
settle agreements between competing political sectors process. A different twist to
this you can crack of irreconcilably in the near future, the possibility of consolidating the legitimacy of our democratic institutions to make way for the imbalance
of the various forms of organization with eco respected by Venezuelan citizens.</summary>

in the fermentation and development of the independence movement,
its resistance, heroism, leading performance in the struggles for dignity,
