Abstract: The essay illustrates show the reciprocal attention payed by the Court of Justice and the Bundesverfassungsgericht top their freedom, security and justice’s case law has contributed to better their relations to the jurisdiction control of the European Central Bank monetary policy and indicates that reciprocal attention as an example to be followed to overcome a misunderstanding recently arisen between the Court of Justice and the Italian Constitutional Court with reference to the application in Italy of article 325 TFEU.
