Abstract: In this paper I describe four stages which characterized a particular Italian as a foreign language teaching path for Slovak students. Different activities were realized during the stages concerning both verbal and nonverbal tasks (e.g. text comprehension; text reformulation in tweet; gestural activities). On the basis of the data collected, potential and problems are discussed.
