Abstract: | This contribution has the aim of highlight the pedagogical significance of the deweyan aesthetic, as it has been developed by the American philosopher in the masterpiece Art as Experience(1934). Beginning from the philosophical background from which is grown out, the interactionist perspective of “cultural naturalism”, and primarily in reference to the Deweyan pedagogic program, it has been intended to highlight, as art, intended as a radical experience of participation in the breath of the “living creature”, is an modelof formationwith its imaginative scopeindispensable for the moral reconstruction of the human community. |
