Abstract

The essay focus on the social religious and juridicals conditions of the Romans Vestali in the Roman law. The author analyses the juridicals references about the chance to inherit of the Vestali, compared to other woman. The story does not stop on the only juridical fact, but gives as certain the different treatment granted to the Vestali.
