Spazio pubblico per il fenomeno religioso e dimensione pubblica della libertà religiosa

Abstract

The contribution focuses on some issues related to the relationship between the issue of buildings and places dedicated to the exercise of worship and the new social and legal dimensions of the religious phenomenon. In particular, the author proposes some examples useful to underline the ambiguous and vague character of these new dimensions of religious freedom and the need to reset, on new bases, the framework of legal principles and rules on the relationship between law and religion.
