For many years, the European education policies have recognized the importance and value of creating a real "Europe of citizens" by implementing specific strategies and actions, based on non-formal education pathways for youth. In this direction, the "Research-based Analysis of Erasmus Plus: Youth in Action" (RAY) international project analyzes the mobility experiences of young people, promoted by the "Erasmus Plus: Youth in Action" program. This article presents the main results of “RAY Italia”, a research program included in RAY, on the development of citizenship practices and skills of the participants in European mobility projects.it_IT
