Sí, sí, estudio Lehramt, sí. El uso de marcadores de afirmación en el español de estudiantes germanohablantes
Abstract
This article deals with the use of affirmation markers in Spanish as a foreign language by university
students whose native language is German. The presented results are part of a greater project on the
acquisition of discourse markers in French and Spanish during their long-term stays abroad, based
on empirical discourse data. Qualitative and quantitative analyses show several differences between
the learners and Spanish native speakers: usage of sí as a discourse marker, affirmation with okay and
affirmation with the interjection ah. Visible effects of having been abroad are the reduction of these
deficits and an improvement through higher diversity of affirmation markers.
