Anna Maria Mandas examines in a Romanistic way the juridical phase of the Saint Paul’s life that takes place through the process to which he was subjected precisely because of his preaching. The study examines in depth the Roman juridical practice, the capture of Paul, the intervention of Claudio Lisia, the consultation in the Sanhedrin, the referral to the praetorium Felice (and then Festus), the appeal to Caesar, the journey of captivity, the custody in Rome. The research is a useful study on specific aspects of Roman procedural law.it_IT
