Storia e 'governance' dei grandi spazi internazionali
Abstract
This study concern the history and governance of international legal great spaces, intended also
world regions, situated in a world-order, or as its particular spaces. Regions are governed by
organized institutions of cooperation and integration, at continental and intercontinental level. The
related rules pertains to east and west legal tradition, from the medieval age to the modern and
contemporary epochs. More recent examples of global international governance are represented by
the well-known international group of State (G7-G8-BRICS-G20).
