Abstract

This paper deals with the Environmental Impact Assessment (VIA) and in particular with the transformation, on the impetus of the Community Legislator, which the institute has undergone over time, from a simple preventive opinion to a real process that constantly directs environmental policy choices with a view to sustainable development.
