dc.description.abstract | La Casa del Sole is an open-air school founded in 1922 in the former Trotter Park in Milan, one of the largest in Europe, organized – also from an architectural point of view – according to the most advanced pedagogical principles of time and theatre, over the years, of important educational experiments. Given its historical importance, the entire complex is considered a listed cultural asset. This contribution explains the role that the reconstruction and dissemination of the centenary history of the Casa del Sole has played in the defense of this pedagogical experience: not only has it spread awareness about its cultural importance in the face of an institutional amnesia that was causing its closure but, by virtue of this, it has activated processes of participation and active citizenship which have allowed its relaunch and which guarantee, to this day, the participation of the local community, in all its complex aspects, in the defnition of the training project. | it_IT |
