dc.description.abstract | The Third Sector is assuming an ever greater role in various social spheres, in particular with an increasingly important role in the construction of welfare policies. In 2017 the Third Sector was reformed with a single text, regulating all types of organizations defined “Third Sector Entities (ETS)”. It is possible to identify in the contents of the reform an at-tempt to link ETS and welfare, as well as between welfare policies and territorial imbal-ances. However, at the moment it seems that the ETS are not playing a decisive role of agents of change. Rethinking local social policies with an active role of the ETS and tracing new profiles is strategic for the future of the welfare state in Italy. | it_IT |
