This interview with the artist Chiara Bersani is supported by the urgency of a confrontation between the theories and the aesthetic redefinitions of the artistic practice. In fact, while the artists challenge the commonly accepted representations and concepts of health, body, identity and subjectivity, the theatre criticism is not yet equipped with adequate – methodologic and linguistic – instruments in order to interpret, designate and recognize the progressive reformulation of the theatrical and philosophical scene.
