Abstract: Il saggio esplora un episodio del «difficile, grande amore fra letterati e cinema a partire dall'esperienza di Luis Buñuel, un regista che non esitava ad ammettere che avrebbe volentieri «dato tutto per essere scrittore», e di due letterati “prestati” al cinema, Giacomo Debenedetti ed Edoardo Sanguineti.
