Abstract:

Nella prospettiva di un’analisi sulle modalità di messa in scena di un personaggio quale Tiresia, obiettivo di questo contributo è riflettere su cosa permanga dell’indovino tebano nel monologo Conversazione su Tiresia, scritto e interpretato da Andrea Camilleri. Lo spettacolo è uno degli ultimi tasselli di un ricco mosaico di ricezioni di questo emblematico protagonista della tragedia attica. Il tentativo, inoltre, è anche quello di ricostruire lo spazio attoriale che Tiresia attraversa sulla scena tragica, sia sul piano verbale che quello non verbale. With a view to analyzing the way in which a character such as Tiresias is staged, the aim of this contribution is to reflect on what remains of the Theban soothsayer in the monologue Conversation on Tiresias, written and performed by Andrea Camilleri. This performance is one of the last pieces in a rich mosaic of receptions of this emblematic protagonist of the Attic tragedy. The attempt is also to reconstruct the actorly space that Tiresias crosses on the tragic stage, on both the verbal and non-verbal levels.
