| dc.description.abstract | This research relates Hegel and Mariátegui. The first, a universal thinker of current relevance, has a vision of history and cultures based on a special conception of freedom, which marks the development of the spirit. But this a priori excludes the American peoples (except the United States), constructing a Eurocentric discourse that leaves them out of history. At this point José Carlos Mariátegui appears, who, we think, answers the Hegelian anathema without intending to. In a lucid passage from the Sev-en Essays, the meaning of freedom in the Andean Tawantinsuyan world is explained, and such an explanation reformulates and relativizes the Hegelian judgment on America. Obviously, we are not saying that the conscious and direct intention of Mariátegui was to refute Hegel, in any way, but by connecting the texts we propose an interpretation that makes both thinkers dialogue. | it_IT |

El primero, pensador universal de actual relevancia, tiene una visión de la historia y las culturas a partir de una concepción especial de la libertad, la que marca el desa-rrollo del espíritu. Pero esta excluye, a priori, a los pueblos americanos (excepto Estados Unidos), construyendo un discurso eurocéntrico que los deja fuera de la historia. En este punto aparece José Carlos Mariátegui, que, pensamos, responde el anatema hegeliano sin proponérselo. En un lúcido pasaje de los Siete ensayos, explica cuál es el sentido de la libertad en el mundo andino tawantinsuyano, y tal explicación reformula y relati-viza el juicio hegeliano sobre América. Obviamente, no estamos diciendo que la intención consciente y directa de Mariátegui fuera refutar a Hegel, en modo alguno, sino que conectando los textos proponemos una inter-pretación que haga dialogar a ambos pensadores. | it_IT |
