Religious Migration, Health, and Healthcare Organization
Abstract
The paper examines the link between migration, religion and healthcare,
especially from the point of view of the administrative organization of the
healthcare service, highlighting some hypotheses of tension between the religious dimension and the provision of care, as well as some solutions that have emerged in the practice of health authorities, aimed at ensuring a better understanding of the religious needs of the patient, in his or her relationship with the doctor and the public structure involved.
