L'Unione europea nelle organizzazioni internazionali

Abstract

The participation of the European Union in numerous international organizations has evolved during time in different ways, strongly connected to the variety of the organizations themselves and to the division of competences with its members States. The present work has as its objective the study of the European Union's role in various international organizations starting from a critical analysis of the norms and of the case law on this topic to, then, focus on the possible developments of these partnerships and of their likely global and regional consequences of a possible single European membership.
