Abstract

In the course of time lobbying has structured itself within the European political-institutional space slowly becoming an element of the magnitude of European governance and an integral part of the democratic and multilevel process. The present work is an analysis on the development of the regulation of lobbying among the institutions of the European Union. It outlines the main stages that have led to the recent communal legislation aimed to encompass the many facets of this ever-changing sector.
