L'emersione delle vulnerabilità di genere nello screening pre-ingresso: quale tutela effettiva per le donne vittima di tratta?

Abstract

L’articolo indaga la prospettiva di coordinamento tra le rinnovate disposizioni dell’Unione europea in materia di protezione delle vittime e repressione della tratta delle persone e il regolamento screening pre-ingresso che informerà le politiche d’asilo dal giugno 2026. Più in particolare, simile analisi si propone di valutare in che misura le “nuove” misure di controllo alla frontiera siano idonee a facilitare l’emersione e l’identificazione delle persone asservite ai fini di sfruttamento, con specifico focus delle donne in movimento.

The article examines the coordination between the updated European Union provisions on the protection of victims and the fight against trafficking in human beings and the pre-entry screening regulation that will shape EU asylum policies from June 2026. More specifically, the analysis aims to assess the extent to which the ‘new’ border control measures are capable of facilitating the detection and identification of persons subjected to exploitation, with a particular focus on women on the move.
